Message from the Chair

The Asian Federation for Pharmaceutical Sciences (AFPS) Conference is a biennial pharmaceutical sciences meeting since 2007. This year, the AFPS 2015 conference will be held in Bangkok, Thailand from November 25 to 27 under the main theme of “New Paradigm in Pharmaceutical Sciences and technology: Innovative Pharmaceuticals towards Life Wellness”.

This Conference will provide a wonderful opportunity for multi-disciplinary researchers from academia, pharmaceutical industry, research institutions, community and hospital pharmacy, and regulatory organizations to present their most updated research achievements and discuss many aspects of the relevant field with emphasis on the basic science in academia, its practical applications in industry and clinical settings, and regulatory issues towards life wellness.

The cutting-edge scientific program will be accordingly engaged. The topics of the conference will cover the various issues such as physical pharmacy and formulation design, regulatory science and policy, biotechnology and drug delivery, drug design and development, pharmaceutical manufacturing technology and pharmaceutical engineering, biopharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics and metabolism. Natural products and cosmeceuticals are also included.

Apart from extensive and diverse scientific program, invaluable experiences of networking, information exchange and interaction with leaders in pharmaceutical sciences in the inspiring environment of Bangkok are also offered.
